Well. 7 days is all it took for my Propagator to start giving me some Chilli love <3

Masquerade and Fish Chilli Seedlings

What you have there is the start of something beautiful, 3 Masquerade and 1 Fish Chilli popping through.

It’s only four, but it’s also four more than I was expecting.

The Masquerade Chillies should be interesting, the seeds came from the plant I bought last year so they might have cross pollinated with something. I’m actually hoping not as it was one of my favourites and I love the way they where all different colours!

They where surprisingly hot as well!

I actually tried to over winter this one, but, it didn’t make it. It didn’t have the best start in life I don’t think, when I brought it home from the Garden Centre it looked like it had been pretty much left to do what it wanted.

It had an extended branch where it’d tried to get some sun in one place, I pretty much considered it a rescue plant at the time.

Poor little thing. Hopefully I’ll be able to make it proud and carry on it’s legacy this year!

Hopefully this will be the start to life in the Propagator!

And, no, if anyone is wondering – There is no sign of life in my multi chilli pot :-/
