So, last week I put the frame back together for B & M Grow Your Own Walk In Greenhouse after a slight gust of wind had managed to wreck it. Well, OK – It wasn’t a slight gust of wind, but it wasn’t much worse.

Not wanting to throw good money away I thought I’d see if I could salvage it, you might recall it was in a pretty bad way.

As we all know, if something moves and it isn’t supposed to do, there is only one real solution…

Duct Tape

Yes. Duct Tape. No messing about, send in the big boys.

Duct Tape Joints

I used it on all the joints like so, the bottom ones where which I assume would be under the most pressure got double wrapped. It’s not the prettiest thing I’ve ever seen, but, so long as it keeps my little Chilli Babies safe, I don’t care.

Fixed Greenhouse

It wasn’t the quickest job in the world, but it wasn’t the hardest either. Bit of a joke that I needed to do it at all, but, this is where I’m at.

Back in its old position

I decided to put it back in position where the last one had stood. I don’t know if it’s any less windy here than where it was before, but, makes me feel slightly better about it anyways.

The trusty metal step once again providing me with anchorage.

Lets hope it fairs better this time!
